1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Soska Limited ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of Soska, a browser-based online battle arena game available at https://soska.io (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or playing the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility

- Cheat, including the use of bots, aimbots, scripts, macros, modified clients, or any tool that confers an unfair advantage.
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or matchmaking weaknesses instead of reporting them.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other players, or post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual items outside the Service.
- Disrupt the Service, including denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.
5. Purchases and Virtual Items
The Service may offer virtual currency, cosmetics, and other digital items ("Virtual Items") for purchase. Virtual Items are licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use within the Service; they are not sold to you and have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed outside the Service. We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
6. User Content
Any name, message, or other content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use it as needed to operate and promote the Service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to share it.

The Service is an evolving online game. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, content, servers, or the entire Service at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Online play depends on your connection and on our servers remaining operational.
10. Disclaimers
